Practice Policies
No shows or last minute cancellations are very disruptive for our scheduling, and thus we require deposits for appointments.
- All “no-show” appointments will result in a missed appointment/late cancellation fee.
Cancellation with less than 2 non-weekend days’ notice will result in a no show fee. - For instance, a Tuesday morning appointment requires rescheduling or cancellation no later than the previous Friday morning. A Thursday afternoon appointment requires rescheduling or cancellation no later than Tuesday afternoon. The missed appointment/late cancelation fee is $75.
Patient may be discharged from the practice after THREE “NO Shows” or cancellation occurring with less than 48 hours’ notice. Same day cancellations are acknowledged, if emergencies do occur, at the discretion of the practice.
We accept American Express, Care Credit (based on approval), Discover, MasterCard, Visa, and cash. We do not offer payment plans other than Care Credit Financing, which you can apply for through our office at the time of your appointment or on the Care Credit Website at any time.
ALL products, whether opened or unopened, are non-refundable. Unopened products may be exchanged within 14 days of purchase for product credit only. The credit must be used within 60 days of the return. If you are known to have sensitive skin, please notify our staff and they can make you a sample of a product to try prior to purchase. Opened products and prescription items (Latisse, Tri-luma) are not returnable.
To purchase prescription grade products over the phone, you must be a current patient of the office.
